Created by Jean Paul Guerlain in 2000 originally under the name Metallica. Following a trademark lawsuit with the band Metallica the fragrance was subsequently changed to Metalys. Now Guerlain has discontinued Metalys and it's become incredibly scarce.
Metalys contains notes of vanilla, ylang ylang, rose, carnation, iris, tonka
bean and amber.
