Eau Sento de Iunx is from a ultra exclusive line of fragrances from Paris that was discontinued but are now being relaunched.  The only location where one can purchase IUNX perfumes is the Hotel Costes in Paris (and they do not take phone orders nor deliver....very exclusive).  Sento Water is described as:  A tree stands near peaceful waters in Japan.  Its moisure-filled blond wood is smooth and warm.  Close your eyes and feel the heat of wood-infused steam.  Eau Sento is an eau de toilette / edt.
