Poivre 23 is an extrait de parfum and features notes
of pepper, cistus labdanum, incense, sandalwood, patchouli, vanilla,
gaiac and styrax.
More than simply pepper (but it does begin as all pepper), once Poivre 23 dries down, it becomes an exquiste peppery oriental. Unusual and delightful.
