Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.  We guarantee that you'll receive the finest perfumes but simply cannot guarantee that you will like them.

We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance upon check-out.  All purchases are carefully and securely wrapped.  In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged this will enable us to remedy the situation.  We may ask you to return the damaged item along with packaging materials.  Upon receipt of these items, we will send a replacement.

We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt.  Please notify us of any problem within three days of receipt.
We are open Monday through Friday and closed on Saturday & Sunday.  If you contact us over the weekend we will reply to you as soon as possible the following Monday.
