Within the US, if you need to receive your purchase immediately (via FedEx), please send us a note prior to placing your order and we'll let you know if overnight express is possible (we'll do our best!) In general, we strongly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance. U.S. First Class mail does not provide us with tracking numbers nor insurance should your package go missing. Unfortunately we cannot ship to the following countries: Iran Iraq Italy Mexico North Korea Pakistan Syria Turkey Please note: Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. International shipping typically takes between 10-21 business days to arrive. Shipping time to some countries has been extremely fast. For instance, packages to Sweden, Australia and United Kingdom usually arrive within 5-7 business days. However, shipping to other countries has been extremely slow, it's taken 6 weeks for a package to arrive in Italy and 5 weeks for a package to arrive in Russia. These long delays are unfortunately out of our hands, so please bear this in mind depending on your countries' customs policies.
